It is a mistake, but not your fault, Dell's fault. For some reason they list downloads for an operating system even though there are none. For example, I can choose downloads for my dimension 8400 desktop (only 1 years old) for Windows 95, and we know there are none. Similarly, if you choose the Axim X51, there is a download section for Windows 2003SE, even though the pda was never released with Windows 2003SE. So, unfortunately, I don't think we'll ever see Windows Mobile 5 for the x30.

If I am not mistaken, there is not a WM5 upgrade for X30's, so could this mean there were beta models or even possibly a test upgrade? As I look now, X3's nor X5's show a WM5 option, and there is even a download for a BlueTooth keyboard under WM5 OS.
