After downgrade from WM5 to WM2003, my Axim x50v was working soooo slow for while. I had to perform hard reset several times... There was a white screen and nothing... Then screen aligment curson was moving slow. Finally it works again...

I have the very same problem now... good thing it worked out for you. Maybe there is hope for me hehe
