I re-read my post, and I came across a bit harsh on the X50V. I use mine HEAVILY, every day, and would be lost without it. And I always try and 'push the envelope' with it. I had a lot of fun for the first year converting movies, recorded shows, etc, as well as storing as many songs as I could on the storage cards. Everyone was always amazed at what a cool device it is!!!
Then I found the Archos. It is absolutely amazing, and GREAT at what it was built for. Just as the X50V is GREAT at what it was built for! I've learned to carry both, and have the best of both worlds.

I didn't mean to imply you were being "harsh." My first thought was simply to go a bit closer in the direction that funcube2 seemed to be seeking help, that's all. My favorable statement about the Archos stands. If I were going for a device specific audio/video entertainment platform (and could afford two devices), I don't anything out there today would come close. Especially cool is the ability to use the Archos like a Tivo that you can take with you. Plus, you don't have to worry about how many movies you can get on a 1 gig SD card like I do! :approve:
