It's very easy to set up in WinXP or on a mac. And you don't need a new keyboard- The QWERTY hebrew layout and some creative transliteration skills go a long way. :)

Wow, $100 is definitely far too much to spend just to be able to use Pocket Word in Hebrew occaisionally, but thanks for the suggestion. I also don't need the entire interface to be translated, so I'm wondering whether it's possible just to have proper bidirectional input at all on a PPC without all that overhead.
My inspiration comes from couple of threads down the page in which some people have gone to great lengths to get Japanese support in WM5. Hebrew can't be that much harder... can it?
