Hello--

My work issued laptop uses black ice firewall. i can not get my 51v to synch because of it. when i turn it off, the axim is recognized. i still have issues with the outlook error code, but that's the story for another day ;) when the firewall is on, it spins ans spins and spins . . .

so my question is--any black ice users that know how to allow the axim to be let through??? i was able to corret the same issue on my desktop running norton internet security, but i can not figure out how to do the same on black ice.
