Use Microsoft Active Sync Version 4.1 and the latet TomTom Update V5.21.
I had no trouble to install and it works perfectly.

My system: Dell X51V / TomTom Navigator 5.21 / Bluetooth GPS - Mouse Navilock BT-338.
