OK I finally got Realplayer working on my X51v last night. I wanted to listen to BBC radio but kept getting Server Timed Out messages when I tried to open a stream. I think I found the same page precsmo found and that installs it just fine.

Here's some hints for anyone in the future:

You can't seem to stream while the PDA is connected to a PC.
Try various settings in the Network bit. 802.11b gives you the highest stream available. If you get a 'Clip Error' there is not a stream lower than your setting available.
At the BBC use the "Play with standalone player link". Save the .ram file then open it from Realplayer (or File Explorer etc.)

You can watch video too if you search the source code for the relevant links.
