For WM2003, if they came as Windows PC desktop installers, you will be presented with a "Install to default location" that if you say no to you will be able to choose. Also for WM2003, if they came as CAB installers, you can get CABINST (link in View MyPDA) to direct the install.

I'm avoiding WM5 at this time, so am unembumbered by knowledge other than knowing that there is no BIS in WM5.
