So what exactly are the issues???

My Axim x51v came with WM5, runs great. Bluetooth works, I sync tis way several times a day as well as install apps and transfer files, not sure what this brewha about it is. Battery does not drain excessively, this one I would surely complain about. CPU adjusts speed as it should.

Really not sure what these issues I keep reading about are. And why exactly would you expect Dell to address issues with a Micro$loth product?
