Updated with new features. Take a look at the new screen shot on the first message of this thread. As for the status monitor service, you don't need to soft-reset anymore to activate it or to change what to be monitored.
The status monitor service "might" work on WM5. I don't have a WM5 device to test it on. If it works, it will disappear after soft-reset, so you need to run the RegTweak application again to bring it back.
