When I load a custom theme, the top/bottom bar don't seem to change properly. When I have a light background theme, it also loads a light backround drop-down program/settings bar. It should be black text on a transparent or dark background and instead it is white text on a transluscent background, which makes it almost impossible to read settings/programs. Has anyone experienced this and found a fix?

I appreciate your help!
