If you're using Outlook Web Access in a hosted service architecture then they may not want desktop outlook. In which case you will need to sync directly with their exchange server. The Activesync app on the Axim allows you to specify the server that you need to sync to, but they have to enable it at their end.
How do to that depends which version of exchange server they are running. I believe that in the most recent version all the functionality is included, it just needs to be enabled.
Of course in a hosted email environment it's more likely that they will NOT want to enable this sort of feature.
