For the mail-in rebate, there is a link on the socket webpage that will open a pdf file you can print. The instructions are on it but basically when you get the card, you make a copy of the sales receipt, cut the bar code off the package, and fill in the rebate form and send them all to the address on the rebate form. In a few weeks, you'll get a check for $40.
