I then follow directions but all it does is do a hard reset and then start to reboot if I press the keys on the display. I have not seen a dialogue box as described.

Should I be going from WM5 to 2k3
Has anyone else ran into problems. I have tried just flashing WM5 and that did not work either.

You have to go to the SD update menu. Hold power and wireless and then, while holding, push the reset button for 2 seconds. You should now be entering the menu...
