I have had the same issue. Many times the "memory corruption" is fixed and I don't need to reinstall any applciations, but recently I have had to reinstall everything. In the pasted it would happen when I had not used it for a long period of time.

But recently that is not the case. This morning, I took it off the charger (it had a full charge), went to work, and there was a corruption and I had to reinstall all of the apps. So I don't think that it is directly related to the level of charge in the battery. Could be a bad battery, but I'm just guessing? It is becoming very frustrating.
