Mobility Site - View Single Post - Syncig to storage card vs. built in storage

I'm trying to sync (using Acitvesync v. 3.7) some pretty big files, and it gets clogged up after about 25MB or so, then I have to copy and paste things to my storage card and start over. Is there a way around this? I have an X3 and a 1GB SD card.
