Put the DB to the My Documents folder on your PPC and in ActiveSync select to have the files sync. It will copy the my Document content to the PC in My Documents\Pocket_PC My Documents. If you would like to save space on yout PPC and put the file to a SD or CF card, create a folder in the card name My Documents and delete the text file name Ignore_mydocs. Move the files or DB to the new folder on the card and you will have access to them as if it was in your main memory. The Icon of the files will be different indicating their different location.
