Mobility Site - View Single Post - ActiveSync stuck recuperating configuration

I got the same problem. I did try with that guide from microsoft, it got connected but it still can not sync. I had to turn of the Sygate to make it sync.
Do you have any idea to make it sync without turning off Sygate ?
