Is the new Tweaks2k2 v3.18.0.1 compatible with x51v???

I tried to install the new Tweaks2k2 v3.18 in my x51v but failed.

Please advise if the new Tweaks2k2 v3.18.0.1 compatible with x51v... I know that this software has been successfully installed in other non Dell wm5.0 PDAs.
