Will I be able to pair my phone as a modem to my PDA to stream music while at the same time pair with a set of BT stereo headphones at the same time?

I want to listen to streaming music but hate these dang wired headphones. I just now thought of possible problems with pairing more than one device. I know you can pair multiple but wasn't sure if the combo I wanted was possible.
