Thank you for the replies. AKAjohndoe: I actually did see your postings on your experience and it was one of the reasons I decided to make the switch.

I'm going to keep trying to work with it. The contacts issue is a big hit for me (mine won't sync and I can't figure out why).

Also, I'm really bummed that AS 4 doesn't allow for wifi syncing. This is an issue that I'm not sure I can overcome. Seems I should have bought an Axim X50...alas Dell is no longer offering them.
