I had the same problem you are having. Everytime I wanted to sync a video using WMP10 it wanted to sync every MP3 on my system and put it on my SD card, not what I wanted. I eventually downloaded TCPMP and just copied the video that I wanted over to the SD card. Works great and I believe it is much better than WMP10.
