I don't believe that trick will work for videos. Remember that the reason this trick works is that the audio is decrypted and converted when it is burned so you can read it on a regular CD player. If you burn a video to a CD can you watch it on a regular DVD player? I don't believe so, but you would be able to tell by seeing the resulting file on the CD and then trying to play it on a DVD. I would be surprised if that works.
