I have experienced this problem but have been able to solve it in a very easy way: all I have to do is click inside the Programs Windows anywhere except on an icon (that is, any blank space between the icons). The OK button appears immediately and you can close the Programs window. It seems to be a bug, but a very minor one if this solution also works for you. Let me know. All I can say is that I love Magic Button.
