Most .exe installers that you run on your PC automatically install the correct version for your device, unless the description states otherwise. When you install directly on you device using a .cab file, that is when you most need to be consious of the version you are using. X-scale and ARM are the correct file types for your X51V processor, but you also need to confirm that it is WM5 compatible.

ARM refers to the type of processor your device uses. It is based on a design by ARM Holdings.
