The folders Don't Panic is referring to are the Outlook folders on your PC not your PPC. if you follow Bobby's instructions at least your Outlook info will not be lost and will re-sync to your PPC.

Where are those folders located on my PC? And....
Id this a good time to upgrage to WM5? Are there problems with doing it on an Axim x50v?
