I got dvd catalyst/pocket dvd and i'm trying to find the balance between quality and size. I have tried lower bitrates (400-500) and it produced good images but when the movie panned it got jumpy. I understand that i'll sacrifice a bit of quality but I really don't like the jumpyness. so anyone got any experience with either this program or vga movie bitrates and sizes?
