Pocket DivX encoder MAY be your solution, it is free, just google it. If you can't work out how it works (it is a bit complicated to get all the settings right) there is a tutorial in the tutorials section of the site that deals with the subject of converting DVDs to a TCPMP-playable format. Read the section of the tutorial that deals with the use of Pocket DivX encoder. If you manage to convert the file it will now be playable with TCPMP.
I say it MAY be the solution because I don't know what format your original movie was in... Sorry if this doesn't help!
