Basically, the last few days, I have been playing with xcpuscalar and PHM, and I just can't get xcpuscalar to do anything. PHM is actually working, but just takes a while to get the hang of it.
With Xcpuscalar, it only works on battery. Ok that is nice, but I want the program to work off of the CPU not the batter.
If I set it to auto-start after a reset, it totally locks up my device upon boot. So auto-start is out of the question.
The only way I can get it to auto-scale is to start the program after boot, and only within the CPU cycles 104 MHZ to 624 MHZ. If I try to set it above 628, it locks up requiring a reset.
So in my experience xcpuscalar is completely worthless as on my axim x51v it just doesn't work. I am trying to work on getting a refund before it is too late. I will wait for anton tomov to get a WM5 version working.
P.S. The current version of PHM works, but just looks really bad on WM5.
