Mobility Site - View Single Post - An app. (or registry tweak) to adjust scrolling speed?

I noticed the other day that if I scroll down a list using my navigation control AND the jog wheel on my x30, it scrolls at twice the speed.

Is there a way to get it to scroll at a higher speed all the time, that would be fantastic!
