Hi,

I've been having this problem for almost a year now. When I press the mail button (just right of up,down,left,right pad), the application doesn't fully open. I only see New, Tools, and Accounts at the bottom of the screen. I don't see any messages, instead I see the today screen of which I can't tap any of those buttons. It appears that most of the messaging program is minimized or hidden, except for new, tools, and accounts options. This problem never happens when I tap messaging from the programs folder, but happens about 75% of the time when I press the hardware messaging button.

Any suggestions? I am using a x30 mid.
