Near the bottom there should be a button for Add-in Manager. Open that and remove the McAfee add-in.
And I agree, that should be uninstalled when you uninstall McAfee.

Well I did that and it seems to have fixed the problem. I don't know what happened with Mcafee. I had a crash and ended up reformatting my HD shortly there after and was unable to find any other traces of it. Thanks.
