My Opera's main program is actually installed in my Storage Card (\Storage Card\Opera). And I've followed exactly the steps to edit "opera.ini" to try to move my cache to the cf card (this path: \Storage Card\Opera). However, Opera seems NOT to follow my settings in "opera.ini" and just creat another "cache4" folder and also other files in "\Application Data\Opera" everytime I run the program. Pardon me for stating the obvious: shouldn't your path be \CF Card\Opera ?
Try to verify the path again, moving the files and folders directly there.
