You've really got my attention, though, so I've just gotten a hold of Spb Benchmark and I'm going to check it out. The benchmarks at the link you provided were from a different device and an older version of XCPUScaler. For now, Immier will be innocent until proven guilty, but if he's faking the overclock display on battery, I'm really going to be ticked off and will definitely seek a refund. I really don't care so much about overclocking, but I hate being lied to. Thanks for the info.

Old version or not, Immier is still guilty of lying to its customers. On their website it stated it was fully compatible with the HTC Magician (aka. Imate Jam). Faking?! Not acceptable where i come from, especially when they are charging for it.
