Thanks for your suggestions. I have only 101 emails, so this is not much at all (this problem occured even when I had 10 emails). [As a funny side note, I used to have over 2500 emails in the inbox folder back when I had a palm because palm's email program didn't support multiple folders).
I have followed 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7.
I will test out #4 now and will see how it works for a week. If that doesn't work I will try #6. I will avoid #8 as apparently a lot of people don't like the newest firmware (and I don't think Dell has documented this problem as being fixed anyways). I assume you've had the same problem as me... Do you happen to remember which of the step(s) you did? Thanks again.
