OK the topic title is misleading. I'm after a piece of software that simulates XP using flash(draggable,resizeable folders etc) that sits as a front end ontop of WM.
I know this piece of software exists as 3 years ago i had a packardbell 2030 PDA and had it installed on there, but due to a variety of things, mainly PC formats and possible excessive drinking i no longer have the file nor remember its name. I've tried searching for it but to no avail as i cant find it listed on pocketgear anymore which was the place i originally got it.

If anyone knows this software, could you please link me to the site.
