Mobility Site - View Single Post - mapisvc error

I have an Axim 400 I bought used. I am trying to sync with activesync v3.7. I have Me and Outlook Express on my desktop. I get an error message indicating I do not have mapisvc.inf when I try to sync with my inbox. All comes to a standstill. What is the solution? Any one got a spare mapisvc.inf? Thanks
