Didn't I see this question elsewhere? If you can't get the program to open at all and you really want it bad do a hard reset and install everything all over again. Do TCPMP first then as you install your other Multimedia programs try TCPMP to make sure one of those programs isn't causing the problem your now experiencing. Did you install any new Multimedia stuff lately? Have you done any registry edits.

Honestly this is the first time I've ever heard of what you're describing happening to anyone.
