If you want to play the popular Video Podcast? (H.624 or .m4v/ MP4 format that Apple iTunes uses)
Download the latest Beta of TCPMP .71d and AVC plugins (.71e). The video in this format offers higher frame rate and better quality than Divx or Xvid.

FYI. I am using Juice as Podcast aggregator on my PC and MobSync to sync to my storage card, there are other methods as well..
