For some reason everytime that I connect through activesync, it causes any of my windows that i have in the forground begins to flash from active to nonactive - top bar goes from dark blue to grey every few seconds. It makes typing, etc. extremely difficult! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as it is me insane! Thanks!
