The point trying to be made here, is that Dell is at the mercy of HTC as to updates and ROM releases. If HTC is holding out on releasing a new update, Dell (and us) have to sit and wait. We can complain to Dell all we want, and they in turn can put pressure on HTC, however it's an indirect complaint every time we contact Dell.

If what you say is true, wouldn't you if you were Dell, and wanted customer loyalty, wouldn't you at least communicte that fact to them with an Offical post??????
The fact is it MUST be Dell's fault, othwer wise why not pass the blame, and deflect uer's wrath????
