Urgent - 30day warranty up today/tomorrow!

Hey everyone, my screen has been messing up and I need to hold the sides of it so that my stylus is recognized correctly. I want to replace it today because tomorrow my 30 day warranty is up and after that I've read on here that you will only get a refurbished axim after the 30 days is up... is this true? Also who did you tlak to to get it replaced... I've been calling technical support and haven't been able to get a hold of them! Any hope would be appreciated!
