I'm assuming you've uninstalled the driver using "ADD/REMOVE" programs. I would also suggest running REGEDIT and searching for REALTEK, and delete all references to it. While it's a quick and dirty method of completly removing it from the registry, you still have to check for references in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32. If you're lucky, you'll see some references to that in the registry prior to deleteing them.

As far as not accessing the internet with that particular PC, it could be DNS not refreshing. Since you're not clear as to what you're running, that would be a guess (albeit) not a solution. Hope this helps.
