Welcome.
If it's installed to MAIN most likely it will be in My Documents folder. You cannot just move it, you have to uninstal them reinstal it to BIS. I would only instal today programs to Main, If I would need a program if I pulled my CF/SD card, I usually instal that program to BIS. All other programs I intal to a memory card.
Read this thread, there are some solutions to keep installation to specific folder whereever you choose.
