Unzipped the file on the desktop and it unzipped fine (3 files in the CAB). Thought the PDA wasn't reading it because I didn't have Zip utility installed on it. Installed the demo Zip program included on the Dell Disk, but it had no impact.

Good to hear that our company isn't the only one that thinks reformatting (or re-platforming as they call it) is the only viable IT solution!
