This is a problem because the screen turns on and stays on.
There must be some sort of control that lets you specify when to sync or sync only when told to sych BUT I just can't find it.

There's a tool out there called "
Active Sync Toggle". Run it, disable active sync, pop the Axim in and it'll do nothing but charge. Great tool.
