Ok so I downloaded the ARM file from:
http://n0p.averest-k.ru/?PocketSNES

I then opened a file with the extension .smc, it goes to load, and immediately reports "gwes.exe experienced an error. Do you want to report..." thing. Then it freezes. Whats the matter? What am I doing wrong?
