I'm looking to measure how much time my x50v runs w/an external battery pack like the Pelican Power Brick or one of those double A battery packs. I want to measure this w/my x50v fully charged and the external source fully charged. I'll run a movie or mp3's and I want it to measure how long the unit was powered by the external source only - Once the axim's battery goes under 100% that means the external source is no longer providing power. That's when the test should end.

If I can't find something to test that then I'd like to get a copy of Silentknight's Battery Timer as used in Gigi's Review of the Mugen 1800mAh battery. I went to Silentknight's website but couldn't find the utility there.

I'm using Uptime, and I guess if I set it to shut off with my Ax's battery at 20%, then it will give me the total uptime. I can then perform the test w/o the external battery to figure out how much the external battery is helping.

Any other ideas?
