If all you want is a launcher, ILauncher is very good (and doesn't use a lot of RAM). However, if you want more than just a launcher (utility to close programs when you tap X, .zip support, enhancements to the built-in file explorer and PIE), then Pocket+ is the way to go.

PS - I'm testing the current P+ beta version, and I like many of the changes they're making to it :)
