The launcher icons are merely shortcuts in the \Windows\StartUp folder i beleive, but they start the apps when it resets, so I sont think you can add more as just nonactive links.

true. I thought I was being slick & put a BT toggle in there & BT kept starting all the time?! LOL I removed that fast...
...possibly a useful tip for someone who wants blue tooth on all the time...
